ACTIVATING YOUR WASH

STEP ONE

Add funds to your Sparkletown wallet. Receive bonus credit when you upload $50 or more in one transaction.

STEP TWO

When the bay is available or before entering the auto wash, select “Purchase Service” on App.

STEP THREE

Choose service type & bay on App.

STEP FOUR

For Self Serve Bays & Vac Bays select the amount/time directly on the Nayax device to start.

For Touch Free Auto Wash select Deluxe or Express on the pay station to start.
*Note – Wash activation steps are different for Touch Free Auto Wash services at Northshore Car Wash & North Lakes Car Wash. Please make Express or Deluxe selection on the pay station first and then open App and continue the steps above.

  • The app allows you to save money with every wash, while activating services from your phone. Other benefits include earning Sparkle Points with every $1 spent to redeem free washes, as well as member-only discounts.

  • The app can be used at all Sparkletown car wash locations.

  • Collect Sparkle Points every time you spend. Every $1 = 1 Sparkle Point. For every 100 points collected, you’ll receive $10 FREE credit.

  • Setup is limited to one user per device.

  • The app should automatically recognise the location you are at. If this is not the case, simply close and reopen the app.

  • Coupons can be redeemed after selecting your chosen service, prior to activation. Simply enter the code in the COUPON CODE field for discount coupons or the REFERRAL CODE field for referral coupons.

  • On the rare occasion that the app fails to connect to the wash/vac service, please try the next bay or speak with a staff member (during business hours). Before you do this, please ensure that you have correctly activated the service, by making your final time/service selection directly on the pay station / Nayax.
